2027 ALCC Vendor Registration
Thank you for joining us as a vendor at the 2027 Alabama Clay Conference! Please see below for more information regarding your registration and participation.
Registration: The deadline to register is November 15, 2026. Registration is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Logo and swag bag materials: After registering, please email your most recent logo to info@alvisarts.org for inclusion on the conference bags, promotional materials, and website. Please mail any materials you would like included in attendee swag bags by January 15, 2027 to:

Conference conduct: By registering, you agree to follow ALVAN’s values and policies and treat attendees, fellow vendors, volunteers, and staff with respect. Vendors must maintain professional conduct throughout the conference. Failure to follow these policies may result in removal from the conference or exclusion from future conferences.
Setup, breakdown, and requirements: Vendors must arrive and break down at the designated times, obtain any licenses required by the city or state, and submit tax forms by the deadlines provided in the vendor coordinator’s invitation letter.
Vendor registration includes:
A 10′ × 10′ space with two 6′ tables
Lunch on Friday and Saturday for one vendor representative
Admission for one vendor representative to the opening and closing receptions
Your logo on the attendee swag bag and other promotional materials
Additional vendor representatives may be added for $150 each. That fee includes Friday and Saturday lunches and admission to both receptions.
